- Your Rotorua hot tub experience is 45-minutes long.
- To use a voucher or a promo code, please do so at the checkout.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your booking to allow time to order drinks and get changed.
- Hot tub hours are from 9am to 10pm every day (the last hot tub booking is at 9pm). Our 45-minute hot tub experience is bookable every 15 minutes.
- Please bring your own swimwear and towels or hire them from reception.
- Book up to 6 friends or family per hot tub. For larger bookings that need multiple hot tubs, please call us on 07 348 4442.
- Bookings can be rescheduled up to 4 hours prior to your reservation. Booking cancellation requires 12 hours’ notice.
- Secret Spot Hot Tubs is a smoke and vape free premises.
- Children under 5 are not allowed in the hot tubs.
- Children aged 5-14 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Children cannot be left on our premises without adult supervision.
